Where To Find Fitness Equipment For Your Home
I tried to keep up with the Joneses and Smiths and go to the gym on a regular basis. There are many tv ads showing regular people becoming god and goddesses only because they attended gym regularly. My smartest friend changed my view and my life. Theres no reason you cant stay home and stay fit.
You hate the gym, you love your house, you want to be fit, you have a spare room and there is such great fitness equipment for sale. Its a no-brainer, right? Thats why hes my smartest friend. I started researching the best home gyms for staying fit and home, and I found there were so many great options. Why hadnt I thought of this? Oh, well, it didnt matter. I told myself that I would use the equipment at the house regularly instead of letting it get dusty. I was amazed how many fitness equipment stores there were. I guess I had never noticed because I only thought about the gym for fitness.
The stores had such a variety of equipment, and the staffs couldnt have been more knowledgeable (or fitter). I wasnt a pioneer in home gym fitness; folks were using fitness equipment at home a long time before before me. I started my exercise with a recumbent bike. The reclining position made it easier to stay excited about exercising.
When I had tried one before, it showed major promise for solving my back problem permanently. After that, I was ready to try a treadmill. I reminded myself that it was not a very good place to pile clothes. Then I decided to start with two pieces of equipment. Not only did I get a good buy, but I realized I could save a fortune on exercise clothes, since I could buy what I liked, not just clothes to keep up with all the others at the gym. This was going to be fun.
It hard to come up an excuse to forgo exercising when the equipment is right there at the house. My challenge was compounded by the fact that those helpful people at the fitness equipment stores where I bought the equipment called to encourage me, see if I had any questions and see what else I might need. I bought special water bottles, a rack for the treadmill to hold a book and a heart monitor before I started my first workout.
It only took a few moments and twelve months later I am as healthy as ever and very proud of my accomplishment. My home gym is great since I can exercise on my own time, but the trainer in me wonders if I need to push myself more. I am.
