A vibrating plate maybe the perfect investment for your winter fitness regime. Vibration training involves standing on a platform that vibrates so quickly you can hardly feel it. These powerful machines make your muscles contract and release dozens of times a second. causing your muscles to become more strengthened. You’ll also notice the benefits if you use them whilst you’re just watching tv too.

Find someone you can exercise with. Next time you don’t feel like doing your exercise you need someone to encourage you. This needs to be someone who you can go to exercise classes with but they also need to be around when you get fed up too.
