If you have five minutes or you watch TV when you get home from work, place your mat on the floor and position your dumbbells on the side of your mat.</p>

Once the timer goes off, take a 30 second break and start again. Do as many reps as you can in a minute. <p>If you want to do a quick five minute workout, this will get you revved up for sure. You can even perform these exercises throughout the day to keep your muscles jacked or work out in a hotel room for a full body blast.</p>
<p>Whether you&#8217;re a man or a woman you will have to be very committed to your regimens and routines. You will have to eat right so you are feeding your body the proper things instead of junk, and you will have to be consistent in your approach. Men and women may not work out the same way, but they gain muscle the same way.</p>
<p>Also, don&#8217;t overlook your legs because having massive arm muscles but weak legs would cause your body to become disproportionate. The best way to build up muscles is to build them at all appropriate places in your body.</p>
