To finish off, you should lose some weight if you burn off more calories than you take in. Can you achieve this without help? I very much doubt it as willpower these days pretty scarce.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Instead of the typical ab exercise routines that we see so often with crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc&#8230; This article is intended to get you on your way to <a target="_blank" href="http://rapidabs.com/get-perfect-abs">get perfect abs</a> through using a workout that provides high intensity stabilization techniques. Changing up an abs exercise routine can help you produce a higher intensity work out which is going to speed up your results.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m going to show you an example today of one of my favorite ab workouts that doesn&#8217;t include any direct ab exercises at all. This work out it set up in a tri-set format (similar to a super set).</p>
<p> Here goes:</p>
<p> 1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows</p>
<p> 1b. Front Squats with Barbell</p>
<p> 1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor</p>
<p> For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow.  You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. Instead of reps for mountain climbers, you can do them for a time interval (30 seconds).</p>
<p> Renegade dumbbell rows are done starting in a pushup position with the hands on 2 dumbbells. You then row one dumbbell up while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Bring the dumbbell back to the ground and alternate the rowing arm while stabilizing with the opposite arm. It is when you are stabilizing your abdominals are being worked. Don’t think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!</p>
<p> If you are wondering how front squats are performed, they are done similar to back squats.  The only difference being that you position the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders unlike in back squats when you rest them on the upper part of your back. Get the barbell on your shoulders while crossing your arms to stabilize, and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders being sure to keep your elbows out in front of your body. This takes a little practice at first, so you will want to seek a professional trainer at your gym to help you with the form. As the weight shifts to the front of body, the extreme stabilization strength is going to work your abs. This is another exercise that you’ll be feeling in your abdominals area!</p>
<p> Just like the renegade dumbbells, mountain climbers have a starting position of a pushup.  You then shuffle the your feet in and out so that your knees come up to your chest and back out to the starting position. It simulates climbing a mountain, hence the name for this workout, mountain climbers. Mountain climbers is a great way to <a target="_blank" href="http://rapidabs.com/get-rid-of-belly-fat">get rid of belly fat</a> as it burns off body fat.</p>

Grab a broom handle and hold it high, then bend from side to side. I wish! It would be nice if they actually worked.</p>
<p> They rarely work because you are trying to target just one small area. This is very difficult if not impossible. You&#8217;ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. They will work if you incorporate them with an all round system.</p>
<p> If you do side bends as part of a thorough workout then they will work. If you have a healthy diet as well as a good workout system you will see far better results. It&#8217;s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.</p>
<p> Consuming energy means eating it, usually food. Burning energy means using it internally like a fuel, usually done by exercise. You can burn energy off (exercise) with any form of activity.</p>
<p> Could be any of these&#8230;walking, sex, swimming, jogging or even err &#8230; sex again! Any form of exercise is better than no form of exercise. The reason a lot of us are overweight is we eat food that is stuffed with calories. Then we fail to burn those calories off.</p>

<p> Here is a full body workout that you can do to get ripped abs in a more efficient and faster time! This high intensity consists of three exercises and is set up in a tri-set format which is similar to like a super-set.</p>
<p> Here is the workout:</p>
<p> 1a. Renegade Dumbbell Rows</p>
<p> 1b. Front Squats with Barbell</p>
<p> 1c. Mountain Climbers on Floor</p>
<p> For each exercise, 3-4 sets of 8 reps would be a great rep scheme to follow.  You can also do more sets and less reps, 5 sets of 5 reps or something like that. Mountain climbers can be done for a time interval (such as 30 seconds) instead of &#8220;reps&#8221;.</p>
<p> To do renegade dumbbell rows, start in a pushup position with your hands on two dumbbells. Then, row one dumbbell up while keeping your body stabilized with the other arm. Then bring the dumbbell back to the ground and do the other arm.  Be sure the whole time that you keep your body in a controlled manner and you are keeping form. This stabilizing effect during the rows creates incredible work for your entire midsection core area. Don’t think your abs are getting a workout, wait til you feel it in the morning!</p>
<p> If you are wondering how front squats are performed, they are done similar to back squats.  The only difference being that you position the barbell in front of your body on the front of your shoulders unlike in back squats when you rest them on the upper part of your back. Get the barbell on your shoulders while crossing your arms to stabilize, and push your firsts into the bar against your shoulders being sure to keep your elbows out in front of your body. You may need a little practice to do this work out in proper form.  Be sure to take your time in getting the form and technique set properly. You may want to consult a trainer to help you with getting your form straight. As the weight shifts to the front of body, the extreme stabilization strength is going to work your abs. Even though this is mostly a leg exercise, you&#8217;ll feel this one in the abs big time!</p>
<p> For the mountain climbers you are going to hold a starting position just like a you would a push up.  The motion process begins by shuffling your feet in a manner so that your knees are moving up to your chest and then back to the pushup position. It gets its workout name due to the fact that it simulates climbing a mountain but you are flat on the floor. Mountain climbers is a great workout to <a target="_blank" href="http://rapidabs.com/loose-belly-fat">loose stomach fat</a> as it burns off body fat.</p>
