<p> Love handles are those horrid looking lumps of fat hanging off most adults sides, at about the waist level. Why they are called &#8216;love handles&#8217; is beyond me. There&#8217;s no love there!</p>
<p> Love handles are actually &#8216;oblique muscles&#8217; or &#8216;obliques&#8217;, named for the fact they sit at an angle at our sides. Oblique actually means &#8216;at an angle&#8217;.</p>
<p> Now, most advice for anything in the fitness or weight loss niche will start with all the same crap of eat healthy, balanced diet and exercise. </p>
<p> We are well aware of all that advice but we need an easy way without any real work, is it possible?</p>
<p> Well, let me say this, yes it&#8217;s possible to eat like you are now and lose your love handles but it will take an enormous amount of work.</p>
<p> Your biggest problem is that while you exercise your love handles off, with hard time in the gym. Today’s junk food is travelling merrily to your waist. </p>
<p> If, and I say this carefully, you could reduce your intake of junk food you could also reduce the amount of exercise it takes to look great.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?</p>
<p> Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.</p>
<p> Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday <strong>just to maintain your love handles as they are</strong>. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain <strong>no love handles at all</strong>.</p>
<p> As you can see from the example above, it&#8217;s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.</p>
<p> As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re-appearing.</p>
<p> To wrap it up, it will indeed hurt if you have to do masses of exercise for love handles. Far better to minimise the exercise by altering your lifestyle a bit.</p>

<p> I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It&#8217;s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.</p>
<p> I used to just assume I couldn&#8217;t lose weight. Then mother nature gave me a kick up the backside and forced me to think differently.</p>
<p> I was always around fifteen pounds overweight and at twenty seven I was hit with type two diabetes. It was like being hit by a train.</p>
<p> I really don&#8217;t know the ins and outs of it but it shocked me there and then into taking this weight loss thing pretty seriously.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m a systems man at heart. Whatever I do if I can boil it down to a system, I will. Weight loss is no different.</p>
<p> A system breaks something bigger down into little steps that can easily be followed. Eventually you get the same result every time. The result you want here is a that killer body you&#8217;ve been trying for.</p>
<p> Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it&#8217;s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?</p>
<p> I tried all manner of useless diet products, some of them painfully expensive. They got me nowhere fast. Hopefully by getting yourself a system like mine you won&#8217;t have to waste a boat load of cash.</p>
<p> I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I&#8217;m on the right track.</p>
<p> My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can&#8217;t eat. I have portions that don&#8217;t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!</p>
<p> When I planned my meals I used to stress over what I should and shouldn&#8217;t be eating. Now, I generate a full menu with the computer and print it out. Couldn&#8217;t be simpler.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I look at my life in two stages, before and after. I know you&#8217;re probably thinking before the weight loss and after the weight loss, but that&#8217;s not the case here.</p>
<p> In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.</p>
<p> I was in my mid twenties and I was overweight. Not drastically but I was nearly always carrying around an extra 15 to 20 pounds.</p>
<p> I had tried to lose weight many times in the past but motivation was the key for me. Actually lack of motivation was the key for me. I just assumed I <a target="_blank" href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info/can%27t_lose_weight.php?tid=manwiz">can&#8217;t lose weight</a>.</p>
<p> I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.</p>
<p> Then disaster, or what seemed like disaster for me. Struck with diabetes, and all the possible complications that come with it.</p>
<p> My health now depended on me to shift the fat and most importantly to un-brainwash myself and to not believe I can&#8217;t lose weight.</p>
<p> What on earth was I going to do? I always thought I can&#8217;t lose weight and that&#8217;s it. I find a system that worked and find it fast.</p>
<p> As I like to be a bit obsessive, I wanted something that I could follow step by step. Something that gave me a list of daily tasks that I could tick off one by one.</p>
<p> If my daily tasks were meals or a few exercises then I wanted a neat list of things I could tick off when I&#8217;m done. If I stick to the plan I must be doing it right.</p>
<p> I tried a lot of dieting systems with varying levels of success. Some costing silly amounts of money. I joined online forums and read lots of books and Ebooks.</p>
<p> I eventually settled on a step by step system that allows me to eat what I want, and not skinny little rations. It comes with a computer diet planner that takes all the stressful work out of planning meals.</p>
<p> I mentioned earlier that I like to tick the boxes off when I&#8217;m doing something, well this system ticks all the boxes for me. Forgive the little joke there!</p>
<p> Still think you can&#8217;t <a target="_blank" href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz">lose weight</a>? I can tell you from my experience that isn&#8217;t the case. Maybe like me you need a system that holds your hand and works for you. That system could be the same one I&#8217;m using, who knows?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Maybe it&#8217;s time for a rethink if you think you can&#8217;t lose weight. I believe everyone can lose weight if they just use the right system for them. It&#8217;s not rocket science.</p>
<p> I once believed the same, that I <a target="_blank" href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info/can%27t_lose_weight.php?tid=manwiz">can&#8217;t lose weight</a>, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.</p>
<p> I used to go up and down like a lift with my weight. It was mostly ups though. I was then hit by a sudden illness, age onset diabetes.</p>
<p> I blamed myself for being overweight and causing diabetes but the reality is I just don&#8217;t know if I contributed. I can tell you though it&#8217;s a frightening revelation to find that out.</p>
<p> 27 years old and diabetic. But worse in my eyes was I had what was termed &#8220;age onset diabetes&#8221;, what older people get.</p>
<p> Time to do something about my weight properly this time. No half hearted attempts to lose a few pounds. I had to change my way of thinking on this one.</p>
<p> I had tried most diets and dieting gimmicks that came out over the years. Cripes some of them cost a fortune. I look back and am ashamed to admit just how much I wasted on crap diets.</p>
<p> What I found was a step by step system that allows me to plan my day and my meals. I can plan meals of a decent size that aren&#8217;t going to leave me hungry.</p>
<p> My system has an online diet generator that really takes the stress out of planning my meals. What&#8217;s worse than trying to work out just what you can and can&#8217;t eat safely?</p>
<p> I was terrible when it came to the weekend. If I&#8217;d managed to drop a pound or two I&#8217;d end up rewarding myself and undoing any progress I&#8217;d made through the week. Talk about vicious circle.</p>
<p> If you are like I was and believe you can&#8217;t lose weight then it&#8217;s time you started to change your way of thinking. We can all lose weight if we just stop believing we can&#8217;t lose weight.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s a decision that you will never regret. You may look back and think how ridiculous it was to believe that you actually can&#8217;t lose weight.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m a bit of an obsessive and I like to tick the boxes every day to know I&#8217;m doing the right things. If you are like me and like a system to follow then you could do worse than following in my footsteps.</p>
