<p> There&#8217;s another thing that shows how much working with intervals can actually help get flab burned off.To illustrate what I&#8217;m talking about, you need to consider research that had people powering a bicyle at a two-thirds capacity speed for a one-hour period.</p>
<p> These compared with performing a half hour period followed by a 1/3 hour rest, repeating the half-hour biking. Both of these rides were at the same intensity as the first. After alll the data was in, the study revealed that the same amount of calories were burned in bothe workout sessions.</p>
<p> What was also proven, however, was that the group that split up the hour of biking burned about 50% more fat in the after math.</p>
<p> So, what is the signifcance of this? Not much. To begin with, neither one of these approaches would do as much good as a 1/3 hour of interval training. Cardio will not promote <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com">rapid weight loss</a>.</p>
<p>  Another thing is that I can&#8217;t see anyone wanting to work out this way. Besides, it takes more time.If you&#8217;re able to comprehend that even with that kind of percentage difference, that we&#8217;re probably talking about a caloric differential of fifty or so.</p>
<p> So, what do you make of it when you see people at the gym sitting there for 1/3 of an hour between their traditional aerobic routines so that they can burn those few extra calories in between?</p>

I want you to know that traditional cardio is totally worthless: even the studies that are supposed to promote cardio prove what I&#8217;m saying is true. <p> This is going to require an intense routine using body weight exercises and dumbbells. Making sure that there are no pauses between activities is essential. You won&#8217;t find a better workout on any <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/chat">weight loss forum</a>.</p>
<p>Take about 60 seconds to recover after each sequence though.Begin by making fists and doing pushups for half a minute.</p>
<p>Perform this exercise until you can&#8217;t do any more.</p>
<p>After the pushups, swing dumbbells for half a minute.With a weight in hand, bend each knee just a little bit.</p>
<p>Hold the dumbbell amid the knees, then flex your hips to raise the bell to your shoulder. Repeat these for 30 seconds and then switch hands.</p>
<p>Coomplete the circuit by doing the regular pushup for 30 seconds. Finish with the two hand weight swing.</p>
<p>If you want, I have another  sequence that can be combined with the one I just described or it can be done by itself as a separate 15 minute exercise. You can even mix in <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
<p>Begin with the Split Squat. Stand in front of a weight bench, propping a foot to your rear on the bench.  Lower your body until your trailing knee as near to the floor as possible.</p>
<p> You will experience a stretching feeling as you do this.Continue to work your legs, doing the curl with an exercise ball. Lie on the floor and lift the ball between your legs as high as you can.</p>
<p> Without taking a break, change to push up position with your elbows on the ball. Stay in this position while bracing your abdominals.</p>
<p> Now you have two sequences that you can do in a short time to keep that fat off your body.</p>
