Let’s talk about the #1 approach to getting rid of love handles!

Regulating your food consumption. Yes that four letter word you didn’t want to hear. Everything falls down to what you eat. 80 percent of your effort should be allotted to your daily food consumption and 20 percent focused on physical activity.

If you can really get your diet under control to get rid of love handles then you’ve tackled the most challenging part.Working out is the easy part, controlling your eating habits is where it’s going to take discipline.

You’ll find that getting rid of love handles isn’t so hard if you stay off the junk foods and work more on adding healthy foods into your diet.

Now here are some of the exercises you can do to get rid of them.

1. Cardio Workouts. You should be able to perform cardio exercises at least three times per week. This will cut fat dramatically.
2. Working out in the gym. Gym exercises are going to take you over the edge in your quest to finally get rid of love handles.

There are basically two types of exercises you want to focus on when you’re looking to lose your love handles. I’ve talked about them in other articles.

When you lose weight in your stomach or abdominal area, you will also lose weight in your thighs as an after effect. You definitely get more than you expected!

Side Bend Exercises:
Stand with your knees slightly bent and feet about shoulder width apart. Bend yourself to one side, letting it go as far as you can while maintaining your lower body’s current position. You might also incorporate weights when doing this. This targets the exact area where you gain weight and becomes your love handles. This particular exercise is also responsible for the improvement of both blood and oxygen circulation. Also it’s great because this exercise elongates and stretches out your love handle area. This love handle exercise is extremely beneficial.

By the way, if you’re after the best workout program that will work for your body type, I really think you should checkout this Tom Venuto Workout Review.

Torso Twist Exercises:
Rather than bending, the torso twist requires you to “twist” from side to side while your lower body is positioned in a stationary manner. To get better twisting action, you might try putting a stick behind your neck just resting above the shoulders.

Everyone wants muscles; however, most people seem to be completely unaware about how to get them. What you should know is that getting the muscles that you want means getting on a program. Later, I’ll elaborate on this particular topic.

Just remember that in order to gain pounds of muscle you have to become mentally disciplined in your head before you begin. Having a mindset that is focused and determined and can see the outcome before it is real will help you reach your goals faster than you ever thought possible.

The first question you want answered is: just how much muscle do I want? Don’t do it if you’re insecure because guess what, you’re still going to be insecure and have low self esteem whether or not you gain pounds of muscle and look like a ripped bodybuilder. At first you might question what I say but believe me that this is true. True self worth comes from within, no matter what you look like.

Now, if your aim is to build muscles for other reasons such as sports or a requirement of your job, then you will have to first think about how much muscle you want. To become strong, you’re going to have to build up strength. Discipline is an important factor you will need to get through. Ideally, you should be able to pinpoint exactly what you want and how you will go about getting them.

Make sure that you stick to your program everyday with a determination that would make you sweat, you should do this four times every week. Bear in mind that anything you can do today depends on what you did the last time. Hence, don’t go easy on the weights, skipping a day is not allowed and neither is cheating. Don’t confine yourself to using just one exercise machine, instead try using 3 for every body part. Personally, I target at least two body parts at the gym per day. Basically, that adds up to a total of 6 different exercises. For example, it could be 3 exercises each for the chest and back.

By the way, if you really want the best workout program that will give you the quickest results, I highly suggest you read my Jason Ferruggia Workout Review.

What you should be aiming for here are low reps but utilizing heavy weight. With this, you will want to do a minimum of 4 and max of 6 reps. During the last rep, don’t be disappointed if you find it hard to accomplish. On the last rep it’s important that you find yourself exerting an extreme amount of effort just to accomplish it.

Now get up up and pay a little visit to the gym!

Sean Nalewanyj Workout

Workout:
Here’s how you can make your muscles bigger than you thought possible. You must max out when you’re lifting and always increase your weight. A max is simply one rep with the most weight you can do. Every gym session, your ultimate goal would be to increase your max.

Many people want to get bigger muscles but they don’t want to sacrifice to get them. There is just no way around it, you must increase your weight or reps every time you workout.

A training partner is also a requirement when working out. At first, you’ll have to concentrate on free weight exercises, this way your body will be accustomed to balancing real weights. When balancing free weights, you’ll find that a lot of muscle fibers can be torn during a given workout. Ideally, you should be using high weights but doing a small amount of reps. Try doing 8, 6 and 4 reps using a bench press, an inclined bench press or perhaps any free weight routine you might have handy. For one week, focus your exercises to two body parts and exercising them 3 times weekly.

Diet:
Make sure to eliminate processed foods as well as sugary treats from your diet. If you really want to get bigger muscles you need to start treating your body like the temple that it is. If you really are motivated to get bigger muscles you need to eat more protein. You might as well know that amino acids are vital when it comes to the production of protein. Proteins’ primarily function is to sew back muscles that have been torn apart. One secret you don’t know and I’ll share with you is MSM! Fish, chicken and eggs are only some of the foods where you can find proteins.

By the way, if you’re after the best workout program that has a great diet program, you probably want to look into this Vince Delmonte Review.

Recovery time:
Bear in mind that recovery time is necessary if you want your to get bigger muscles. The reason for this is that your torn muscles should be allowed time to mend and build themselves up.

Rest:
Sleep is so important when you want to get bigger muscles. This is the time when your body does most of its repair work on the muscles your tore up during your intense workouts. Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep (5 of which is uninterrupted), preferably the best hours before midnight.

Staying hydrated:
Keeping yourself hydrated is essential since water helps facilitate flexibility, muscle repair and blood flow.
