Insanity Workout

Let me fill you in if you aren’t caught up on my fitness situation. After I found my daughter asking me to play with her, and within 10 minutes of playing outside, I couldn’t breath. That’s right, I was so out of shape that I couldn’t play with my little girl.

No one will ever know how hard it was to disappoint my baby because Daddy wasn’t able to play with her because he was a fat, overweight couch potato. I just broke down when I saw that look of sadness my baby girl gave me. I didn’t think I’d ever feel this way. And it’s my own fault that my little girl was disappointed in me.

 

I couldn’t stop wondering how I could let myself go this much while I sadly thought about this. I never thought I’d get this fat and overweight because I used to be athletic. And seeing the disappointment in my daughter’s eyes because I was overweight, a couch potato, and out of shape was never something I thought I’d experience.

 

I just couldn’t stand the look of sheer disappointment in her eyes. To get out of this, I needed help. That’s when I saw it, I was sitting on my couch, yes just like I normally do, and it came on. And the commercial came on for a workout program by Tony Horton called P90X. Wow, that commercial really hit home when I saw the change that the people had gone through by doing the program. These people had the same problems as me. And they were all fat and out of shape.

 

So, of course the next thing I did was call that 800 number on the commercial and buy the P90X workout program. It was just around a hundred bucks, but I thought if this works, it is worth it. The money is well spent if this program changes my life so that my little girl is proud of me.

 

And I got my P90X workout program a few days later from UPS. I could hardly contain my excitement. My daughter would be so happy and I could finally get back my respect. I knew how hard it would be, but I was determined.

 

I got up that night and made time to do the first workout, OMG, it was so hard. Even though I felt like I was dying, I continued to do it. The workout went on for about an hour. And later, I felt like throwing up as I went to take a shower, but I didn’t. I found my bed and woke up the next day barely being able to walk, but I still didn’t give up.

 

After a week of that because of how out of shape I was, I began to see a huge difference in my body and felt great. The soreness started to fade as I watched my body change. I was amazed at how I could see this working. At this point I realized that I knew this would do it for me so I could get back into shape.

 

And after a month of doing this full board, I was getting addicted to the feeling of this new change in my body. I was feeling great while my life changed. I was losing weight, I had more energy, and I knew that my goal to be able to play with my littel girl again with out dissappointment was very close to being accomplished.

 

Now, I have to speed up to the final month to cut this story short. Now, 90 days, or 3 months have passed. Not only have I reached my goal of losing all the weight, but I’ve put on muscle and can even see a six pack coming on. I feel like a new man and my baby girl gets to see her Daddy back in action. I’ve gotten my lazy butt off that couch now and can enjoy life much more with my daughter. P90X has changed my life because I know if it weren’t for it, I’d still be sitting on the couch wasting my life away.

 

I’m going to take care of myself from now on so that I’m around to see my daughter grow up and hopefully grow old. I just heard my daughter tell me that I remind her of a superhero from a cartoon she was watching. The tears came to my eyes as I thought that my little girl was finally proud of me again and I owe it all to the P90X workout program. So, I want to thank the true heroes for this great life changing product.
