With television and magazines saturated with exercise equipment and magic pills helps you on how to get a six pack fast, it’s surprising that not all men are not running around with ripped abs and woman with flat and sexier stomachs. The truth is that these products fail to address the reason why only a small percent of people are able to achieve six pack abs seen on Men’s Health magazine cover models, athletes, bodybuilders and fitness models.

It would be surprise for most to learn that sit ups and crunches do little to get results. This is because sit ups do not spot reduce fat around your stomach. Begin to eat smaller meals, by cutting the traditional 3 meals a day (breakfast/lunch/dinner) by half into 6 meals, cut out processed sugars and snacks and drink more water.
