Don’t eat as much meat - If you need to lose weight, then you might be eating too much meat. And it may be even more important to cut down if the meats you’re eating are processed because you’ll gain fat easier with artificially enhanced meat. So, to come to the point, little or not meat should be eaten. You may need some time to transition to eating less meat, so just reduce your intake each day.
