Eating your foods raw is healthier yet, I realize you can’t eat everything raw but you can get lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat them raw and steam your meats.
You have got yourself eating good now. Exercising is important also. You must burn more calories then you take in. This will burn off the excess belly fat. The best exercises that you can do are cardiovascular exercises. Walking or jogging are great cardiovascular exercises because they burn the most calories. Start out with walking first and when you get comfortable with walking and it seems to easy then start jogging.
