Cut down on meat – We do need meat.   The proteins it contains will help your body and muscles develop.   You just shouldn’t eat too much meat.  Always eat meat in small portions.   Just eat half or a quarter of the meat you usually eat.   You can then substitute the rest of the meal with vegetables or wheat bread so that you will still have a satisfying meal.   What this accomplishes is it makes it so you aren’t eating as much fat.

Drink more water – So that you can get rid of fat, you exercise.   But if you aren’t sweating enough, the fat will stay in your body.   Sweat is key in flushing the fat out of your body.  Make sure that you are hydrated at all times and that you have more than enough water in your body.   This will make you sweat more as you do some lighter exercises.

Simple exercises -  Walking, a morning jog, or even biking are some great exercises you can do.   Exercise consistently so that you can lose the fat in your body.
