How to Get a Six Pack in a Week – Think Outside the Box!
What if you could learn how to get a six pack in a week? How cool would it be knowing that if you started today, you could have a better looking stomach in one week from now? I don’t know about you but I cannot think of anybody who would not want this! Right now you might be thinking “This is impossible, I am not even going to try it.” And if you are that’s OK! I love to prove people wrong!
As you are thinking about how cool it would be if you could actually do this, I want to talk to you about what you will need. You will need three things. Some ground to lay on, a track to run on, and some dedication. If you do not have a track to run on then you can do this on a treadmill, but I have always preferred running without a treadmill over running with one.
I am sure by now you are wondering what to do. Well, let’s get started. If you want to learn how to get a six pack in a week I wouldn’t change anything in this program. Just do it every day for the next seven days and you will see a major difference in your abs.
1) Warm up by jogging 800 meters (two laps)
2) sprint 20 meters followed by 20 sit ups (rest one minute)
3) sprint 20 meters followed by planks (rest one minute)
4) sprint 20 meters followed by reverse sit ups (rest one minute)
5) sprint twenty meters followed by Mason Twists
Are you beginning to see that if you think outside the box you can get better results than most people? Think about it. When was the last time you saw an abs program that consisted of sprinting? Probably never. But did you know sprinting is the number one thing you can do for your abs?
