Eat less food -    Yes, one steak a day may be enough to shed some weight.   Eat much less then one steak a day if you really want to be healthy and lose weight quickly though. Instead, you can just eat a quarter of that steak. You’ll be much better off with smaller portions because, then you won’t gain as much fat.  And if you think that won’t fill you up, you can try and fill up on other foods. There are plenty of foods that are healthy and don’t have as many calories and fat.   Look into eating fresh veggie salads and fruits to make sure that you do not go hungry. So that you feel full after each meal, try eating wheat bread to satisfy your hunger.

Drink water –  Drinking plenty of water is a great way to keep from being hungry.   Since the body is made up of 70% of water, you need to make sure that you’re getting enough water for it.   With doing all this, you’re keeping your hunger at bay, while also eating less and sweating more.  Sweating more encourages the flushing out of fat that is deposited in your body and you can do this through some light exercises.   If you do this, you won’t fail to lose weight and still eat what you love, like steak or even ice cream.   All you need is a little discipline to eat in the right amounts.
