Get Rid of Flabby Arms Naturally
If you knew how to get rid of flabby arms you probably wouldn’t be dreading the spring and summer seasons. And you wouldn’t be afraid of warmer months calling for sleeveless shirts and bathing suits.
If you watch some famous people on TV showing their flabby arms don’t you feel embarrassed for them? And do you think that there is no way that you could do the same?
Wearing long-sleeve shirts all year round isn’t really the best way for how to get rid of flabby arms. In fact, you’re not really getting rid of them at all. You’re just hiding them.
Luckily, there is hope for people with flabby arms.
First one is to ignore that flabbiness and just reveal your embarrassment to everybody.
Second one is to exercise.
At this moment in YOUR life YOU can choose to exercise. But you don’t need to use dumbbells or go to the gym! You can get great results exercising in your own kitchen!
Every day make sure that you get up 15 to 30 minutes earlier that normal (15 minutes for beginners is enough). In the kitchen, use any surface for doing pushups.
You don’t need to start on the floor. You can do a pushup on the kitchen countertop when you’re first starting out. This exercise is the best to strengthen the upper body and get rid of flabby arms.
If you can’t do more than 3 pushups from the floor, start with the worktop. Begin by doing as many pushups as you can, and then increase the number every three days. That’s how to get rid of flabby arms – easy!
Next, you’ll want to start working your triceps (the muscles on the backside of your upper arms. Exercising these muscles will help you get rid of flabby arms and give you more definition in your upper arms.
Ideally you need a bench or a stable chair, or use the worktops and kitchen table.
If you are using a chair, sit down and place your hands on the front edge of the chair. The bulk of your body should be supported by your heels. Slide forward and off the chair. Keep your lower body supported by your heels and legs and try to keep the weight of your upper body balanced with your arms, (which are still on the chair). Next, do the “tricep dip” and move your upper body down toward the floor until your shoulders are nearly flush with the floor.
Do it first as many times as you can, and don’t forget to increase repetitions daily or weekly. Once you are comfortable with the basic tricep dip, try straightening your legs out for a more advanced exercise.
The tip for doing it correctly is to dip your body down, avoid bending forward.
That’s how by waking up even 15 minutes earlier a day and doing these two simple exercises you can start getting rid of your flabby arms.
But I have to say that these exercises will only help you build the muscles. If you need to get rid of body fat as well, you’ll have to burn more calories that you consume each day.
Do exercises with increase your heart rate at least three times per week and avoid high fat, high sugar foods.
With an increased exercise regime and a sensible diet you should be able to lose about two pounds a week easily.
Getting started it the hardest part, but once your exercise routine has become a habit, it will be as easy as getting out of bed in the morning.
