Get Desirable Six Pack Abs
Everybody is infatuated with abs. It is probably the hottest topic in the fitness and exercise industry. Hundreds of ab gadgets, gimmicks, and exercise machines have flooded the market for people looking for sexier and flatter abdominals… that sexy six-pack abs appearance that everyone seeks. And we all know that not all of them can fulfill their promises of how to get perfect abs.
With all of the gadgets and exercises out there, you must be cautious when determining which are scams are which ones are the real deal. First and foremost, the most important aspect for great looking six pack abdominals is losing the extra belly fat that is covering them up. If you were to lose that extra belly fat, you may be surprised to see abs forming without any abs exercises performed. This is because some people already have decent abs, but just have a layer of fat that is hiding the abs. All you really have to do is learn how to loose stomach fat.
Instead of focusing so much on abdominal exercises to make your stomach flatter and more like a six-pack, you will lose much more body fat by focusing the majority of your training time with special combinations of high intensity full-body, multi-joint exercises. The best exercises for losing that abdominal fat are the exercises that work the largest portions of the body at once.
Target exercising muscle groups such as your legs, upper and lower back, and chest in order to get the most out of a workout when trying to lose belly fat. Doing these exercises in super sets will even further the fat burning and metabolism boosting response you are looking for in a workout.
Adjusting our attention to abs specific exercises, it is still valuable to do abs exercises. Remember however, to make the most of it. If you are performing an abs exercise that you can do more than 20-25 reps with ease then don’t waste your time doing that exercise! You are not getting enough resistance to be productive in getting six pack abs if you can easily do more than 20-25 reps. Abs exercises that get you to do around 6-15 reps are the kinds of exercises you need to continue to keep doing to get six pack abs.
A couple good examples of these higher resistance abdominal exercises are hanging leg raises or knee raises using a “pelvic curl up”, or an exercise like lying hip thrusts. I am sure you have felt accomplished one time in your life or another for doing 100 crunches in one sitting, however if you can do more than 3 proper hanging leg raises, that would be something to legitimately be proud of.
