Fat Loss Myths Revealed

I’ve tried several of those diet and exercise fads and will tell you that almost all of them flat out don’t work. A number of the diets will work, however will force your body to do things that it absolutely was designed to not do, thus your body thinks it’s deathly unwell and starts burning fat as an energy source. Losing fat isn’t a dangerous thing the least bit, but tricking your body into burning fat by responding with a survival mechanism is. What are the long run effects of these fad diets?
