These soluble fibers and other nutrients that can be found in oatmeal can also prevent cancer. Oatmeal also gives you the feeling that you are full for a long time. Even bodybuilders, who are “allergic” to fats, consider oatmeal as one of the best foods to help you eradicate unwanted fats from your body. There are also several ways on how you can make your oatmeal more engaging to the taste buds. You can add dried fruits, fresh fruits, cold fruits, maple syrup and even fruit preserves.
Green vegetables are also beneficial for fat loss. Spinach, kale, turnips, collard, and broccoli are rich in substances such as fibers, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants among others. These substances are necessary for you to drop those fats from your body. Popeye likes a lot of spinach and can you see any amount of fats in his body? Zilch. He is pure muscles. Now, that example may be fictional, but the benefits of eating green vegetables and the harms of having too much fat in your body are observable in real life. If you are not the type who does not want to eat vegetables alone, well you can mix these greens in your favorite treats such as pizza and pasta.
Sweet potatoes or yams are also included in the list of fat loss foods. They may be humble root crops, but they pack in a lot of benefits for those who eat them. They are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are known to prevent diabetes. And they are also rather easy to digest.
