Easiest Way To Build Muscle


We all want to have that perfect T.V. build. Females may just want to tone up. While guys are always trying to find ways to add on muscle. Using muscle confusion is one of the most unbelievable ways you can add muscle mass. Muscle confusion will practically change your life, your shape, and the way you look and feel about yourself forever.

Step 1:. Avoid the plateau effect, you need to increase the amount of weight lifted, changing your sets/reps, changing the exercises and changing the type of resistance. You should work out with heavier weights on certain days. On these days you will be stepping up the weight you are lifting. If you are able to pump out more than 3-5 repetitions then it is time to increase the level of weights that you work out with. On the next week a person training can go to a more moderate approach of lifting. An 8-12 rep range  is perfect for this. This is the area that most experts agree will develop the greatest size. The next week a higher rep exercise can be done. You should  try to achieve reps in the 12-16 range. This works the muscles out otherwise and gives the joints a bit of a break. This attempt will work the fast and slow twitch to get maximum size.

Step 2:  You should modify the exercise frequency. On several weeks stick to a five day split. Do a two day split  twice on other weeks. Tuesday and Friday workout the lower body, and on Monday and Thursday exercise upper body. All this is done so that the body never get use to any one manner of working out so it will always remain in a positive anabolic state.

Step 3: Vary exercise order. If you are doing biceps and back on one day as part of your plan to build muscle, then on occassion work your back first and your biceps after. This may seem counter intuitive since you will be working out the smaller muscle group first. Don’t bother about that. This is going to trick your muscles into growth and will only be done on occasion.

It doesn’t matter  what type of exercise plan you are following adding the above muscle confusion principles into the mix is going to help you build muscle mass.
