Though the aerobic exercises gives some amount of relaxation when you think of the time involved and the intensity points of view, there are some conditions in this too. But those will be somewhat straightforward which you can do it with commitment.

You always hankered after to have consistency in the other exercises and because of the timing you cannot. Here you have no time restrictions but there should be full commitment. I generally scold my tutor for his stupidity at me while doing exercises. The real reason he gives me is I am not consistent in timing.
