6.Eat properly!This can't be emphasized enough.The best bodybuilding aid is good nutrition.Ask the advice of a licensed dietician.Be on the lookout for free community seminars on diet and nutrition. Learn all you can about what nature freely provides that can help you to develop a healthy diet.
7.If you are going to use dietary supplements, be aware of what you are putting into your body.Go by the packaging guidelines outlined previously.Ask for your doctor's recommendations concerning the regimen you have chosen.
