Body Building Tips – Advice to help you build up muscle
This article is designed to give you some basic body building tips to build up muscle and give you the ripped bulging physique that will make you stand out in the crowd. Though these tips may not work independent from each other, if you combine them into your training routine you will find that they cause a rapid increase in your muscle build-up and your bulky physique.
According to me, the tip of greatest importance is that you must consider 3 key variables when looking to build muscle and become bulky. These are Diet, Training and Recovery. If you incorporate all of these factors properly then I guarantee your body will transform and build up muscle consistently. In light of this, here are some suggested tips for your body building.
- Make sure you consume Proteins in sufficient quantities. You should aim for 2g of protein per kilo of bodyweight. Protein can be obtained from Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Fish, Nuts and Whey.
- Take in sufficient calories on a daily basis in order to your muscle growth. By multiplying you body weight in pounds into 15 you can quickly obtain the amount of calories you should take. So, for example a man weighing 180lbs wold require 15 times that amount of calories, which is around 3000 calories per day.
- Replenish your body with food at frequent and consistent intervals. Aim for 5-6 meals every 2-3 hours each day to keep your muscles pumped and avoid placing your body in a catabolic state.
- Rows, dips, presses, squats, deadlifts, pullups and other big compound movements should make up 80% of the focus of your workout.
- On every set, your aim should be to reach muscular failure.
- Work to a plan and record all your workouts so you know exactly how you are doing.
- Change your workout frequently and experiment with systems of training that you haven’t tried before.
- Regularly undertake stretching of your muscles in order to avoid injury.
- Try to allow yourself a minimum of 8 hours sleep every night.
- Have a week of complete rest after 12-16 weeks training to allow your body to recover properly.
There are many more tips on body building that I can give you which you can do with if you’re serious about building muscle and being the envy of all your friends. However, as a founding strategy, these elements will ensure that you get started on the correct path and moving in the desired direction.
