Bladder Problems? These Pelvic Floor Exercises Will Help You

{It’s best to do these pelvic floor exercises on your back, with knees bent.|To help strengthen it, try these pelvic floor exercises lying on your back and with your knees bent.|These pelvic floor exercises should be done on your back and with bended knees.}

{- Take a deep breath in|- Inhale deeply|- Take in a deep breath}

{- As you exhale you need to contract the pelvic floor by drawing in up into the body. This action MUST be done on the exhaled breath|- While exhaling, draw the pelvic floor up into your body. This must be done while you are exhaling.|- Exhale slowly and draw your pelvic floor muscles into your body by means of contraction. Please note that this has to be done while you’re exhaling.}

{- Tip for women :  Draw up area around vagina|- For women, draw up the pelvic floor around your vagina.|- A tip for women: Draw up the pelvic floor around the vagina}

{- Tip for men: (yes, men do have a pelvic floor), draw up the testicles|- For men, draw up the testicles.|- A tip for men: The testicles need to be drawn up.}
