Don’t overeat -  Eating what you want is still what you should be doing. A smaller portion size is all it comes down to.  Just can’t resist that chocolate cake?   Just eat half a slice.   The smaller portions of your favorite foods will still be able to supply your body with the fuel that it needs to perform well.   Because you won’t be adding fat into your body, but will instead be losing it, then you’ll lose weight.   This is probably the best way to lose weight safely.

Don’t exercise so fast -  It isn’t a fact that the faster you work out, the more weight you’ll lose.   Burning the fat off and sweating is what working out is all about.  Now, you can sweat even if you exercise slowly.   Focus on the areas that need to get rid of sweat.    Some great workouts to do is Yoga or Pilates, even though they move slower.   While doing these, your muscles will be targeted and get toned, burning all that excess fat away.   Your body shouldn’t be pushed to it’s limit.

Water is important – Water is probably one of the best things that you can use to help in burning away fats.   If you don’t drink enough while working out, you won’t sweat enough, which won’t burn fat effectively.   Everyday you should be drinking 8-10 glasses.
