5 Easy Ways To Get Those 6 Pack Abs

Having six pack abs is something that pretty much every guy wants and every girl too. Girls love to see six pack abs on blokes and they themselves want to have a little toned down version of six pack abs. Let’s come clean, a sleek strong core and stomach is sexy to both sexes.
Making an attempt to get six pack abs is another issue all together. to get six pack abs you need to do 2 things :
A) Lose the weight that’s sitting on top of your abdominal muscles B) Strengthen your abs
If you are looking to lose pounds, there are plenty of alternate ways to do this. I recommend doing the natural thing and not taking weight control tablets or doing things like Jenny Craig or NutriSystem. Let’s be honest, your body is smart enough and knows precisely what it need to and don’t need to consume right?
It’s important to do the right core exercises for your belly. Doing the wrong exercises or even doing the right exercises in the wrong way can slow down your progress and even harm you.

these are some suggestions to getting those six pack abs :
1. Take enzymes with each meal.
Plant based enzymes help you to digest more of your food. The more that you digest and get rid of the more weight you may lose.
2. Food mix correctly.
Eat starches and proteins at different meals with a green salad. For example, fish and a salad. Or rice and a salad. Trust me, try it for a week and you’ll see a massive difference in your energy levels and weight control.
3. If you eat fruit, eat it in the morning on an empty stomach.
Fruit takes only about twenty minutes to pass through the belly. When you eat a chunk of bread with fruit, that piece of bread usually takes about 4 hours to pass through. Now the bread is keeping the fruit from passing out of the gut making it ferment causing gas, bloating and the inability to use all the minerals and vitam ins that are in that fruit. Try it, you will see.
4. Do not consume food too late.
We recommend not eating past 8pm each night.
5. Drink lots of fresh spring water.
Avoid tap water it’s full of chemicals.

Don’t forget your cardio training. Why do you think long distance runners and sprinters always have that ripped stomach? It is due to the fact that when you run you naturally stretch the intestinal muscles as well as tighten them. Your core is stabilizing you on long runs and the steady stretching and tightening that runners do give them those six pack abs you’re looking for.
Ensure that when you are doing your ab exercise programmes that you really concentrate hard on your ab muscles. Actually focus in and get that raw burn that comes at the end of sets. Ab exercises are the best exercises to cheat on. It’s easy to go through the motions and then pat yourself on the back for doing your set of crunches and then wonder 3 weeks later why it isn’t helping or changing.
